Nicole Richie looked quite lovely while promoting her Spring 2010 collection of Winter Kate at Bloomingdales, NYC. There is no doubt in my mind that Nicole is far more stylish than her beau Paris Hilton. And she looks great as a brunette. The black Christian Louboutin booties look hot with denim shorts & tights.
