From what I’ve seen from the Fendi Fall 09 campaign starring Jessica Stam, my eyes were fixated on the boots… well, looks like a cutout boot… but up close, the upper part is a separate piece from the heel! Once you zip up the spat, the adorable mary jane platform instantly turns into a sexy knee-high boot. How ingenious! The spat & the heel both cost around $1000 each.
